Draft placeholder. This is a generic starter policy, not reviewed by counsel. It exists so Proofline's Google OAuth consent screen has a link to point at. Replace with your actual reviewed policy before relying on it for real customer data or a production OAuth verification submission.

What we collect

Proofline collects account information you provide (name, email), and, with your explicit authorization, read-only data from third-party integrations you connect (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Cloudflare Analytics) to measure and report on your brand's visibility in AI answer engines.

How we use it

Data is used solely to provide Proofline's measurement and reporting features to your account. We do not sell your data.

Third-party access

Where you connect a Google account (Search Console, Google Analytics), Proofline requests read-only scopes only and never writes to your Google properties.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active, or as required to provide the service.
