Win the AI shortlist before the buyer ever clicks.
Proofsource is an AI intelligence platform that shows whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews name your brand, who they name instead, and what to fix. For CMOs and growth leads, that means your share of the AI shortlist, who takes your place, and numbers you can take to the board.
Brands named in buyer answers
What marketing leaders need from AI search.
AI search is a channel with no dashboard of its own. These are the questions you will be asked about it, and how Proofsource answers each one.

Find the engine where you are losing.
Averages hide the problem. Most brands are close to the leader on one engine and far behind on another, and each engine leans on different sources.
- Your mentions and each competitor's, per engine
- The questions where a competitor is named and you are not
- The sources behind each engine's answer
| Engine | You | Leader | Gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9/25 | 17/25 | -8 | |

Follow the crawl to the click.
Your analytics shows a trickle of AI referrals. It does not show the crawls and citations that came first. Connect Cloudflare, Search Console and GA4 and the three stages sit on one line.
- AI crawler visits per engine, per page
- Which crawled pages went on to be cited
- Referral clicks after a citation, labeled as a floor
Top pages by crawl, citation and click

A summary your board can read in a minute.
Leadership does not want a dashboard tour. They want the number, the biggest win, the biggest loss and what happens next. That is what the shared report leads with.
- Shortlist share and its change, with the range
- Wins and losses by question, with the answer text
- The next fixes, already ranked

Questions marketing leaders ask
How is this different from social listening or brand monitoring?
Those tools count what people say about you. Proofsource asks the AI engines your buyers use the questions they ask, and records whether you were recommended, who was recommended instead and which pages the engine relied on.
Can I tie AI visibility to revenue?
Partly, and we are careful about it. AI Traffic follows crawls to citations to clicks through your own Cloudflare, Search Console and GA4. Some engines send no usable referrer, so the click number is the least that happened, never the whole story.
Which AI engines do you check?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews on the trial. We track 10 AI engines. At checkout a plan picks from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview and Claude, and pays for each question on each engine it picks; at least one is always on. Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI are enabled on a call (Book a demo) or on Managed.
What does the free trial include?
2 days of full AI visibility, today and tomorrow. Each scan asks 25 buyer questions on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, with no card and no sales call. After the second scan, scanning pauses and every answer stays in your workspace.
What does it cost?
One price card for everyone: each brand pays a fee for daily ($28 a brand a month) or weekly ($7), plus each question on each engine you pick, from $9 a month (5 questions on ChatGPT, weekly). Unlimited team members on every plan.
