In ChatGPT, go to Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server. Paste https://app.proofsource.co/v1/mcp, set Authentication to OAuth and select Create as a plugin.
Sign in to Proofsource
A Proofsource window opens. Already signed in? Click Allow. New with a work email? Your account and 2 free scans start there.

Ask how often AI answers name you, who they name instead, and what to fix. Answers come with a card you can open in full.
Proofsource receives only the inputs of each tool call ChatGPT makes, such as a brand or a question, never the rest of your chat. Revoke the connection any time in Settings, then AI agents, then Connected apps.
